  • The union is first union for supplying ghee to “SHRI THIRUMALA TEMPLE” Through the tankers. ·
  • Supply of balanced cattle feed in sufficient quantity at reasonable price. ·
  • To increase the milk productivity in cattle, other steps that have been taken are: Increasing the AI coverage and reach, Bio security measures to ensure quality genetic materials , establishing diseases such as Foot & Mouth, Brucellosis,…etc ·
  • The Union is creating necessary milk processing facilities to enhance the existing processing capacities, new processing plants and other infrastructure from time to time. ·
  • During 2015-16 ISO 22000-2005 Certified Union for Processing of Raw Chilled Milk & Milk Products. ·
  • Quality Mark Certified Union in the year 2017-18. ·
  • NDDB Awarded INOVATION award to our union in the year 2018-19

·        Mandya Milk Union Bifurcation from Mysore & Tumkur Milk Union.

·        Registration of Mandya Milk Union.

·        Unions first elected board has been form.

·        Gejjalagere milk processing unit has been handover from KMF to Mandya Milk Union.

·        In the Royalty basis 25000 Liters Sachet milk sales Bangalore area from   Bangalore Milk Union.

·        Diary daily processing capacity has been increased from 1 lakh to 2.0 lakh.

 

·        Union Launched Homogenized cow milk.

·        Supply of 50 MT ghee every month to Tirupathi Temple.

·        Automatic milk collection unit(AMCU) in Dairy Co-operative Society under Clean Milk production Program

 

·        In Mandya districts  Malavalli, Srirangapattana, Pandavapura Taluks under Indian basic facilities  plan ,

         Starting 13 BMCs in same day at same time is all time proud movement.

·        Milk Producer Kalyana trust started.

·        Prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certification is obtained.

·        Start a new Milk Packing Unit.

 

  •     Expansion of Powder Plant capacity from 10MT to 18MT per day.

·        Main Dairy’s Daily processing capacity has been increased from 2LLPD to 3LLPD.

 

·        UHT Milk packing plant has been started  (with 1.07 lakh ltr capacity) at

         Bangalore South taluk Kumbalgudu

·       Main Dairy’s Daily processing capacity has been increased from 3 LLPD to  4 LLPD.

 

·        K.R.pete  Chilling Center capacity expansion 30TLPD to 60TLP.

·        Nagamangala Chilling Center capacity expansion 20TLPD to 60TLPD.

 

  • Highest Milk procurement of 6.93 lakh Kg per day.

·  National Dairy Development Board Awarded Union with Prestigious “Quality Mark Certificate”.

·  Mandya Milk Union Team won a Gold award in Quality Circle Competition  organized by Quality Circle Forum of             India  (QCFI) Bangalore .

·  National Dairy Development Board Awarded Union with Prestigious “NDDB Dairy Innovation Award”.

·   Mandya Milk Union Team won a  “Excellent Award” Certificate for Quality Assurance Activites organized by               National  Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC).

·      Mega Dairy Concreting  was held on 08.09.2017 with the latest automatic system with the following infrastructure  such as Milk Processing capacity of 10LLPD(can be expanded to 14LLPD) and 30 MT Powder Plant capacity.

 

 

  • Jaggery Burfi and Kova Laddu new products launch.
  • 10 LLPD ( expandable to 14LLPD) Milk processing capacity and 30 MT Milk powder Unit Mega Dairy project has completed and all set for working.
  • Under Mega Dairy project 2 LLPD UHT Plant building and employee quarters are constructed.
  • Arakere milk producers’ society of Srirangapatna taluk, under district’s milk union, is awarded the ‘2022 National Gopalaratna Award’ for being selected as the best milk producers’ co-operative society at the national level.
